Nigel has 25 years of management consulting experience having worked for names such as Ernst & Young, Capgemini and Accenture and is recognised as a senior leader and advisor within the marketplace. Value creator delivering business results through Digital and Industry innovation. His experience covers business strategy, M&A and turnaround, PE Advisory, Digital transformations, business change, business development, Digital Acceleration and Transformation across people, process and technology. Nigel has held a number of interim roles including Managing Director and COO.
Iain is an experienced business transformation and change leader having spent the past 25 years as a management consultant in global and European leadership and operational roles working for such organisations as PricewaterhouseCoopers, CGI and DXC Technology.
Much of his expertise aligns to the “People & Organisation” aspects of business transformation and covers such areas as leadership, culture, high performing teams, operating model transformation, organisation design and development, process improvement, organisational change management and employee engagement.
Iain has also held global and european leadership roles as a senior managing partner and also as a COO.
